About Us
Meet Sally
Sally Chial is the Owner and Executive Coach for Chial Executive Coaching & Consulting. She has been an individual and organization performance coach for over 20 years. She is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coach Federation (ICF) and completed her training at the Hudson Institute. She has logged over 3000 individual client hours in coaching and assessment and is working towards her Master Coach Certification with the ICF. She also has years of experience in organization effectiveness and talent management working with organizations and Board of Directors as an internal consultant. She has been both a Chief Human Resources Officer and a Chief Operating Officer. She understands the dynamics and expectations of both small and large, private and for profit companies. She has a strong track record of clients who speak to her ability to help them navigate complex situations and perform at their best. Sally resides in Lake Elmo, MN with her husband and enjoys spending time at their winter home in AZ and with her five grandchildren.
Meet Alissa
Alissa (Chial) Staloch is the Project Manager for Chial Executive Coaching & Consulting. She is responsible for executing pre-hire and development executive assessments, invoicing, coordinating onboarding schedules and researching, drafting and designing presentations for Sally’s clients. She graduated with her Master’s of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Capella University in 2011, and her Bachelor of Science in Retail Merchandising Management from University of Wisconsin – Stout in 2008. She is certified in administering and interpreting Hogan Assessments. Prior to working with Sally, she worked in a variety of Merchandising and Human Resources Generalist roles for Target Corporation. She also acquired talent acquisition experience from Insight Global, an IT Staffing Services company. Alissa currently resides in Afton with her husband, Joe and their children, Sylvia, Sullivan and Rosalie. Alissa was a professional dancer/cheerleader for the MN Vikings for 4 seasons and enjoys interior design, working out and boating.
